Paralegal – Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation & Criminal Law We are hiring an experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Criminal Defense matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in at least two of these practice areas and be capable of managing multiple case types simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Compensation: $55,000 yearly; compensation package based on experience. Responsibilities: • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence under attorney supervision • Conduct legal research and investigation related to case facts, liability, and damages • Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence in both physical and digital formats • Manage discovery processes, including document review, organization, and production • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and expert witnesses • Prepare litigation materials, trial exhibits, and settlement packages • Assist in preparation for depositions, trials, and hearings • Maintain communication with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation • Track deadlines, manage case calendars, and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures • Handle administrative tasks, including billing, time tracking, and file management Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal law, or a combination thereof • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, evidence rules, and filing requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems • Fluency in Spanish (speaking and reading required) Compensation: $55,000 yearly based on experience
