    About the Role

    Dash Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to support the legal and compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and can manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight. The Paralegal will play a critical role in drafting and administering cardholder contracts, non-disclosure agreements, third party vendor agreements, and client agreements, preparing pre-acquisition disclosures, working with Sponsor Banks for collateral approval, and supporting litigation-related matters including subpoenas and discovery.

    What You’ll Do

    • Draft, update, and maintain Cardholder Agreements, Short Forms, Long Forms, Change-in-Terms notices, and related consumer-facing terms.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders in Operations, Product, Sales, and Client Success to ensure cardholder agreement terms align with go-to-market strategy, product configurations, and compliance requirements.
    • Manage contract workflows, version control, execution, amendments, and filing.
    • Maintain highly organized contract repositories, trackers, and audit-ready compliance artifacts.
    • Assist with responses to subpoenas, court orders, and regulatory inquiries, including document collection, organization, and tracking.
    • Support litigation-holds and document preservation efforts; Occasionally assist with discovery responses, including document review and production coordination.
    • Ensure disclosures are properly presented, accepted, and documented in a manner that is audit ready.
    • Proofread and format legal documents, disclosures, and correspondence.
    • Assist with audits, investigations, and other legal or compliance projects as assigned.
    • Support ad-hoc research and special projects across the Legal and Compliance team.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Paralegal certification, associate’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
    • 3+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience
    • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, administering, and tracking contracts
    • Experience managing version control, amendments, and approval workflows
    • Experience supporting subpoena responses and legal document production
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong written communication and document-formatting abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information with discretion
    • High degree of ownership, reliability, and follow-through
    • Hyper-organized and process-driven
    • Strong regulatory judgement and professionalism
    • Collaborative and business-minded

    Preferred (Not Required)

    • Experience in consumer payments, fintech, or other regulated financial services environments.
    • Working knowledge of Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) and Regulation E, Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA) including UDAAP standards, CFPB Prepaid Accounts Rules and fee disclosures, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) and Safeguard Rules, E-Sign Act, and consumer-owned funds obligations.

    Bonus points if you’ve worked in a high-growth or startup environment.
