What You’ll Do:

• Maintain impeccably organized digital and physical case files
• Conduct factual investigations and compile payroll, personnel, and policy data
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence
• Manage critical deadlines and litigation calendars
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients and counsel
• Prepare exhibit sets, filing packages, and e-filings in compliance with court rules
• Track case progress and suggest strategic next steps to supervising attorneys

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in employment law, particularly wage and hour matters
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities with acute attention to detail
• A professional, client-friendly demeanor and collaborative approach
