Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage family law cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and court-ready documents
- Maintain strict control over deadlines and court filings, especially with the Santa Clara Superior Court
- Provide thorough trial support to attorneys
- Communicate professionally with clients, navigating sensitive family matters
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
- Significant experience in California Family Law (minimum 4 years)
- At least one full year of experience with Santa Clara Superior Court procedures
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Trial preparation or in-court support experience (preferred)
