    Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal Location: Winter Park (Part time /On-site) Job Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing real estate transactions from inception through post-closing, as well as experience with corporate law documentation and title insurance policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee all phases of residential and commercial real estate closings

    Prepare legal documents, disclosures, and title insurance policies in compliance with TRID and underwriter requirements

    Conduct due diligence including title and lien searches, review of surveys, estoppel letters, and title commitments

    Act as a liaison between clients, lenders, realtors, developers, and attorneys to coordinate seamless transactions

    Draft and maintain corporate documents, assist in entity formation (including offshore entities), and EIN acquisition

    Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing communication with all parties involved

    Utilize software including Double Time, e-Closing Smokeball, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Provide notarial services as a Florida Notary

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal with a focus on closings and title work

    Strong understanding of TRID guidelines and title insurance requirements

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Double Time, e-Closing, and Smokeball

    Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Florida Notary Public (required)

    Paralegal Certificate or Equal experience
