** Position Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to support our fiduciary litigation practice. This role involves working closely with attorneys on complex disputes involving trusts and estates, including will contests, fiduciary disputes, and related proceedings.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Assist attorneys in all phases of fiduciary litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and post-trial matters
• Draft, format, and file pleadings and other court documents in Maryland courts
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation workflows
• Coordinate and organize document production, discovery responses, and exhibits
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as appropriate
• Support trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management
• Conduct factual research and assist with case development

** Qualifications**

• Bachelors degree or 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (experience in trusts & estates or probate litigation preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
