This Paralegal role is a great opportunity to work in a company that is on the cutting edge of the AI tech hardware design and manufacturing as well as the global AI build out. Working closely with the Company’s legal and policy leadership on global issues, this an opportunity to play a key role in project management and operations. Prior experience working in a global, fast paced setting dealing with complicated issues is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills required. Power point design skills appreciated.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create a project dashboard, manage, and report out on projects status to keep the projects on target for completion.
- Take ownership, make decisions and move projects forward, sometimes with limited direction.
- Manage team budget, tracking spends and provide report out for prior month spend as well as forecast for the next month.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including:
- Preparing and distributing materials
- Drafting power points, agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- Assist in onboarding on new department team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned, depending on team and business priorities.
Education & Experience:
- BA or BS degree preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate legal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Familiarity with legal operations, processes, and technology
- Proficiency with expense reporting and travel management tools (Concur and Navan Business Travel preferred)
- Prior experience in the AI, semiconductor and/or manufacturing industry is a plus
