    Position: Senior Paralegal

    Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-site)

    Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends

    Compensation: Up to $90,000/year (commensurate with experience)

    Status: Permanent, full-time

    About the Role

    A boutique ultra-high-net-worth family office in Boca Raton is seeking a polished, detail-oriented

    Senior Paralegal to support trust & estate administration, corporate governance, and family

    office operations. This role offers long-term stability in a private, highly professional

    environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    ? Manage trust administration (excluding probate), including asset tracking and beneficiary

    distributions

    ? Prepare and maintain corporate bylaws, entity formation/dissolution filings, and board

    resolutions

    ? Authorize and maintain corporate signers and documentation for internal and external

    use

    ? Maintain trust and FBO bank accounts, reconcile monthly statements, and prepare

    internal activity reports

    ? Administer trust and family office systems and recordkeeping

    ? Draft, index, redact, archive, and manage legal and corporate files

    ? Ensure compliance and audit readiness for all documentation

    ? Conduct legal research related to trust terms, state filings, and corporate governance

    ? Prepare reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders

    ? Coordinate with banks, corporate agents, service providers, and external counsel

    ? Provide high-level executive administrative support, including scheduling and document

    execution tracking

    Qualifications

    ? 3–7+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or trust administrator in a family

    office, trust & estates, or corporate law setting

    ? Demonstrated experience with trust administration and corporate governance filings

    ? Strong organizational and file management skills across complex legal and financial

    documentation

    ? Proficient in drafting state filings, corporate bylaws, trust documents, and maintaining

    banking structures

    ? Exceptional attention to detail, deadline-driven, and highly reliable

    ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ? Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

    ? Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree.

    ? Experience working with high-net-worth clients or big-dollar trusts/family offices.

    ? Familiarity with specialized trust/corporate software and bank account management

    systems.
