    We are seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team in an in-person role at our office. This position requires prior hands-on experience drafting Estate Planning documents and is ideal for a candidate who can step in with confidence, precision, and minimal supervision. The successful candidate will leverage strong organizational and legal skills to prepare and maintain estate planning documents, assist with client intake, support attorneys with filings and legal research, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all case materials. Responsibilities: • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible • Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews • Organize & Manage Matters: Maintain files, docket events, and ensure smooth case flow. • Draft, Prepare, & Review Documents: Prepare trusts, wills, and estate planning documents with precision for attorney review. • Support Clients: Communicate updates, gather information, and assist clients with form completion. • Document & Case Support: Prepare affidavits, pleadings, subpoenas, deposition notices, legal briefs, and correspondence under attorney supervision. • Administrative Support: Assist with e-filing, phone coverage, scheduling, and notarizing documents. • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly case management meetings and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture. Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Strong oral and written communication skills • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • Most Important: 2-5 years of Florida Estate Planning experience, including trust drafting, is non-negotiable. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. • Strong preference for candidates with advanced paralegal education or certification. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Proficiency with WealthCounsel and/or Westlaw Form Builder (or similar document-building software). • Experience with Clio Manage (or similar case management software). • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) preferred. • Typing speed: 50–100 WPM required. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE plus benefits
