Overview:
The Paralegal II provides direct legal support, clerical/administrative assistance, automated litigation support, and other duties to Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs). This role requires specialized knowledge of legal processes and administrative skills to enhance the effectiveness of AUSAs in the Charlotte office.

Work Conditions:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Situational telework may be permitted per vendor policy and USAO guidelines.
**** Security & Conduct:
Contractor personnel must pass a background investigation and adhere to DOJ confidentiality requirements. The Government reserves the right to remove personnel deemed unsuitable.
Travel & Reimbursement:
Local travel within a 50-mile radius is reimbursed at the government rate. Non-local travel must be pre-approved and will be reimburse per Federal Travel Regulations.
