Connect Staffing is working exclusively with a top-ranked employment law firm with an excellent reputation for legal work and firm culture. The Los Angeles office is seeking a Paralegal with labor & employment litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation support from case intake through trial.

• Draft and review discovery, subpoenas, and legal filings.

• Manage e-discovery and document productions.

• Assist with depositions, trial exhibits, and agency filings.

• Provide limited administrative support (scheduling, time entry).

Requirements

• 3+ years’ litigation paralegal experience (employment law required).

• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and e-discovery tools.

• Tech proficiency: MS Office, iManage, Relativity, Westlaw, LexMachina.
