Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail, including default notices, pleadings, and other court filings • Prepare and complete e-court filings promptly and in compliance with applicable procedures • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and accessible • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to track case progress and manage deadlines • Monitor and manage case calendars, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met Qualifications: • Paralegal position in Woodbury, NY, US, must have a minimum of one year of legal experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and e-filing systems is essential • The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement for this role • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial Compensation: $60,000 per year
