  • Responsibilities

    A boutique litigation firm in Buckhead is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level support to attorneys while also assisting with select administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience (trademark experience a plus), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct conflict checks, prepare engagement letters, and open new client files

    • Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and Zoom calls, and docket deadlines in Rippe and Outlook

    • Handle e-filing of pleadings, draft subpoenas and discovery shells, and finalize pleadings (including exhibits, TOCs, and TOAs)

    • Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation (exhibit binders, case law pulls, Westlaw/PACER research, background checks)

    • Manage discovery platforms (DISCO), ShareFile, and DocuSign

    • Coordinate service of process, corporate and real estate lookups, and subpoena preparation

    • Provide administrative support, including travel and restaurant reservations, expense reports, meeting preparation, and internal event coordination

    • Support attorney marketing efforts by updating bios, reposting blogs, and managing contact lists (Constant Contact, LinkedIn)

    • Assist with CLE and conference planning

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience; trademark experience a plus

    • Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures and litigation deadlines

    • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and litigation support tools (DISCO, Westlaw, PACER, etc.)

    • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion

    • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle both paralegal and light administrative tasks

  • Compensation
    $70,000-$80,000 per year
