A boutique litigation firm in Buckhead is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level support to attorneys while also assisting with select administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience (trademark experience a plus), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct conflict checks, prepare engagement letters, and open new client files
Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and Zoom calls, and docket deadlines in Rippe and Outlook
Handle e-filing of pleadings, draft subpoenas and discovery shells, and finalize pleadings (including exhibits, TOCs, and TOAs)
Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation (exhibit binders, case law pulls, Westlaw/PACER research, background checks)
Manage discovery platforms (DISCO), ShareFile, and DocuSign
Coordinate service of process, corporate and real estate lookups, and subpoena preparation
Provide administrative support, including travel and restaurant reservations, expense reports, meeting preparation, and internal event coordination
Support attorney marketing efforts by updating bios, reposting blogs, and managing contact lists (Constant Contact, LinkedIn)
Assist with CLE and conference planning
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience; trademark experience a plus
Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures and litigation deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and litigation support tools (DISCO, Westlaw, PACER, etc.)
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle both paralegal and light administrative tasks
