Prominent, long standing, Law Firm focusing on Complex Civil Litigation cases seeks an Experienced Litigation Paralegal. This firms focuses on various areas of law including Personal Injury, Product Liability, Catastrophe cases and more!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal • Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases • Able to draft Pleadings • Excellent Research and Writing skills • Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures • Possess Excellent Discovery Skills • Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc. • Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook • Case Management Experience • Trial experience helpful

Job Description:

• Drafting and editing correspondence and pleadings • Monitoring Calendar deadlines • Working closely with the Attorneys • E-filing • Case Management • Preparing for Depositions, Mediations, Arbitrations and Trials • Preparing Exhibit Binders

We provide an excellent benefit package which includes Health, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance, and Paid time off, etc. Salary will depend on your experience, however, we are in the range of $90-110K, DOE.
