    Downtown Seattle - Hybrid

    Our client is a well-established law firm looking for a Litigation Paralegal to provide support across a variety of legal matters. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys keeping cases organized, working with legal documents, and helping attorneys stay on top of deadlines and priorities.

    The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.

    Paralegal Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys with day-to-day case and matter management.
    • Keep case information, documents, and deadlines organized and up to date.
    • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and case materials.
    • Help coordinate discovery, document requests, and related case activities.
    • Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
    • Review court updates and maintain accurate case calendars.
    • Compile information and documents for attorney review and case preparation.
    • Handle administrative and case-related tasks as needed.

    Paralegal Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of paralegal experience; litigation experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
    • Professional judgment when handling confidential information.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new legal software.
    • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

    Compensation: $75,000- $95,000 DOE
