About the Role
Our client, a reputable and growing personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while handling litigation matters across Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex litigation cases from inception through resolution. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency across the firm’s litigation caseload while supervising a small team and providing direct support to attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 active litigation cases , ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed.
- Assist one attorney in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
- Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates efficiently.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures , particularly in Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.
- Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience , preferably within personal injury law.
