Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Are you an experienced real estate paralegal who enjoys managing sophisticated transactions from start to finish and serving as a key member of a deal team?

A highly respected Wisconsin business law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a growing commercial real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions involving acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and development projects.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in commercial real estate matters from inception through closing while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
• Review title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
• Prepare closing documents, transaction checklists, and related materials
• Track critical dates, deadlines, and transaction milestones
• Coordinate transaction workflows among attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other third parties
• Maintain transaction records and document management systems
• Assist with sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate paralegal or legal assistant experience required
• Commercial real estate transaction experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients

A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is not required.
Relevant real estate transaction experience is the key qualification for this position.
