    We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. Responsibilities: • Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues • Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer • Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers Objective The Paralegal supports the legal team by managing the day-to-day movement of personal injury and workers' compensation cases. This role ensures that all documentation, communication, and follow-through are handled efficiently and accurately to keep cases progressing toward successful resolution. Case File Management • Open, organize, and maintain digital case files in the case management system • Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and liens • Track treatment updates and maintain detailed client contact logs • Ensure all case deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups are documented and met Client Communication Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of the case • Provide updates, request documents, and address client questions or concerns • Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings • Deliver exceptional client experience through consistent, compassionate communication Attorney Support • Draft demand letters, correspondence, and legal documents under attorney supervision • Prepare discovery responses and assist in trial prep when needed • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and expert scheduling • Communicate with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Talented communicator and writer • 2+ years of experience as a personal injury or workers' compensation paralegal • Knowledge of case management systems, Pl law, and medical record processes • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Ability to manage a high caseload with accuracy and care • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Compensation: $18 per hour +
