Compensation We offer a compensation model based on billed hours, which allows our paralegals to be rewarded directly for the work they contribute. • Compensation : $45–$60 per hour, based on experience, with annual earning potential of $75,000–$125,000+Benefits: Comprehensive full benefits package included Responsibilities: • Manage litigation case files, including workflow planning, status updates, and deadline tracking. • Organize and maintain client files, discovery materials, and document databases. • Review, analyze, and summarize documents; prepare indices, timelines, and case chronologies. • Communicate with clients to gather documents and assist with discovery responses. • Draft discovery, basic pleadings, preliminary complaints, notices, and correspondence. • Handle document production, including organizing, reviewing, Bates-labeling, and producing materials. • Support depositions by preparing exhibits and initial outlines. • Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness binders, pretrial materials, and provide onsite support. • Summarize depositions and conduct factual research. • Provide backup administrative support, including filing/serving pleadings and verifying calendaring. Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience. • Exceptional organizational, case management, and deadline-driven prioritization skills. • Strong legal writing, editing, and document-proofreading abilities. • Knowledge of New Mexico and Federal court procedures (arbitration experience a plus). • Experience handling complex discovery and large-scale document productions. • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and ideally SharePoint. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 OTE
