    Marrs Griebel Law, LTD is hiring an experienced litigation paralegal to join our growing team in Albuquerque. This is not a clock-in, clock-out kind of role. Compensation We offer a compensation model based on billed hours, which allows our paralegals to be rewarded directly for the work they contribute. • Hourly rate: $45/hr-$60/hr, based on experience • Earning potential: $75,000–$125,000+/year • Full benefits package included Responsibilities: • Manage litigation case files, including workflow planning, status updates, and deadline tracking (with limited calendaring). • Organize and maintain client files, discovery materials, and document databases. • Review, analyze, and summarize documents; prepare indices and case chronologies. • Communicate with clients to gather documents and support discovery responses. • Draft discovery, basic pleadings, preliminary complaints, notices, and correspondence. • Handle document production: collect, review, organize, Bates-label, and produce documents. • Support depositions by organizing exhibits and preparing initial outlines or questionnaires. • Assist with trial prep, including assembling exhibits, drafting exhibit lists/pretrial materials, and preparing witness binders and appendices; provide onsite support as needed. • Summarize depositions and conduct factual research using internal records and external sources. • Provide backup administrative support, including filing/serving pleadings and verifying calendaring compliance. Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience. • Exceptional organizational, case management, and deadline-driven prioritization skills. • Strong legal writing, editing, and document-proofreading abilities. • Knowledge of New Mexico and Federal court procedures (arbitration experience a plus). • Experience handling complex discovery and large-scale document productions. • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and ideally SharePoint. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 OTE
