Responsibilities: • Prepare and file No-Fault 1st-Party Claims • Draft and manage correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and filed • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies • Manage case processes, including obtaining medical records, bills, and other necessary documents • Conduct legal research and compile information for attorneys • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, as needed Qualifications: • Experience in preparing and filing No-Fault 1st-Party Claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Ability to draft and manage legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents with precision • Proven track record of organizing and maintaining comprehensive client files, keeping all documents up-to-date • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies • Proficiency in managing case processes, including obtaining and organizing medical records and bills Compensation: $57,500 yearly
