Law Firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, seeks a full-time Paralegal with 5+ years of complex litigation experience. The successful paralegal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, and handle legal matters proactively under tight deadlines.
Multi-jurisdictional litigation experience and bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.

Responsibilities- Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
- Manage complex litigation files
- Prepare pleadings
- Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
- Manage large amounts of documents and document productions
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in complex litigation
- Multiple jurisdictional experience
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program
- Experience working with large case litigation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
- Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, expert technical ability, as well as oral and written communication skills
