Law Firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, seeks a full-time Paralegal with 5+ years of complex litigation experience. The successful paralegal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, and handle legal matters proactively under tight deadlines.

Multi-jurisdictional litigation experience and bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.

• Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
• Manage complex litigation files
• Prepare pleadings
• Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
• Manage large amounts of documents and document productions

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in complex litigation
• Multiple jurisdictional experience
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program
• Experience working with large case litigation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
• Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, expert technical ability, as well as oral and written communication skills

Onsite, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

$60,000 - 90,000 depending on experience, skills, expertise, education and other credentials.
