We support and advocate for clients and their families, while protecting them from the curveballs of life. We are now seeking a client-facing Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team! We're looking for a detail-oriented, relationship- driven individual with a strong emphasis on client experience and building long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities: What you will do: The primary responsibilities are drafting and proofreading documents, conducting signing meetings, completing necessary administrative tasks, and answering client questions or concerns up to the point an Attorney is required. • Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents. • Ensure legal documents are prepared in a timely manner and available by the deadline to ensure sufficient time to print and prepare for the signing meeting. • Conduct Signing Meetings to explain documents to clients and to answer related questions. • Conduct Trust Activation Meetings to explain the purpose of funding the trust and assist the client in how to do this. • Serve as a point of contact for basic client questions that do not require an attorney. • Update the CRM system with meeting or call details on every interaction. • Communicate with clients and other parties with updates and to gather information. • Perform all administrative tasks, as required for the case. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: What you will bring: • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills. • Adaptability and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with clients, fostering trust and rapport. • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of work. • Strong drafting and writing skills, producing clear, accurate legal documents. • Exceptional communication skills, including using appropriate tone and professionalism when engaging with clients. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Self-starter with a positive attitude, resilient emotional intelligence, strong work ethic, and sound judgement. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough and accurate records. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using legal case management or CRM software. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000.00
