Paralegal – Tax Law

We’re working with a well-established, highly regarded tax law firm that’s looking to add a Paralegal to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just support—this role gives you real ownership over your work and direct involvement in moving cases forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for keeping cases moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. That includes:

• Managing a steady flow of cases from start to finish
• Serving as a main point of contact for clients—keeping them informed and on track
• Working closely with attorneys to support case strategy and ensure they have what they need
• Gathering and organizing financial and supporting documentation
• Preparing files, forms, and materials for filings and client discussions
• Staying on top of deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding items
• Keeping accurate notes, records, and time entries within the firm’s systems

What They’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a paralegal or in a similar case management role (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple matters at once without losing attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Comfort working with numbers and financial information
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Familiarity with common office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe)

Nice to Have

• Experience in tax, bankruptcy, or real estate law
• Exposure to financial documents such as tax returns or balance sheets
• Paralegal certification
