    One of New York's top personal injury law firms is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist. This a full-time, on-site position located in our New York office.

    The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in providing a welcoming and professional experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as primary point of contact for clients, gathering detailed information about their accidents, injuries, medical treatment, and case-related documents

    Obtain and review police reports, witness statements, and other key documents

    Request, track, and summarize medical records; handle communications with insurance carriers, medical providers, and defense counsel

    Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure all key deadlines and statues of limitations are met

    Draft and prepare legal documents, including:

    Notice of Claims

    Summonses and Complaints

    Bill of Particulars

    Discovery Demands and Responses

    Notes of Issue

    Subpoenas

    Trial preparation materials

    Electronically file legal documents in compliance with NYS and NYC court rules

    Prepare demand packages and support attorneys with discovery and case development

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Minimum of 3 yeas of experience as a personal injury paralegal handling New York cases

    Strong understanding of NYS and NYC statutes, court rules, and legal procedures

    Experience with electronic court filing systems in New York

    Familiarity with SmartAdvocate (preferred but not required)

    NYS Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one

    Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

    Demonstrates empathy, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset
