    Payne Law Firm, P.C. is a personal injury trial firm committed to delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy and exceptional client service. We are seeking a full-time, on-site highly motivated, experienced Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assist in all phases of the pre-litigation and litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by a commitment to excellence, client satisfaction, and success in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment.

    Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.

    Responsibilities

    · Communicate with clients

    · Set up Treatment

    · Provide general administrative support

    · Maintain and update documentation

    · Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review

    · Prepare case-specific documents

    · · Drafting correspondence and pleadings · Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediation, and trial

    · Assist with discovery requests

    · E-Filing (state and federal)

    · Calendaring and docketing

    Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of litigation experience

    Certification from an ABA-approved program or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred

    Strong Organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills

    Handle high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines

    Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

    Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system

    Document management experience

    Excellent research skills

    Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software, "Clio" case management software is a BIG PLUS
