About the Role:

Pozo Goldstein LLP is seeking a sharp, motivated Paralegal to join our legal team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting

Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and client records

Draft and proofread correspondence, pleadings, motions, and contracts

Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings

Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner

Monitor deadlines, manage calendars, and ensure timely filing of legal documents

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred

1-3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Miami market
