 Role Purpose
NBCUniversal is looking for a Paralegal to support the Privacy Legal team. The team works with internal business units and enterprise clients to develop data collection and processing strategies that align with both global legal requirements and business goals. We are seeking a candidate to coordinate with the Privacy lawyers and collaborate with clients across NBCUniversal’s portfolio of companies, including marketing, advertising, product and technology, operations, HR, and film and TV productions. The role will support the team by providing timely and practical guidance related to the collection, use, sharing and deletion of personal data. The paralegal will also draft and review agreements, assist with the review of Privacy Impact Assessments, and help maintain the team’s forms and best-practice documentation.

This position has been designated as hybrid , which currently requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $62,000 - $85,000.
