Probate Paralegal | Autonomous Role | Established Practice
Mission Recruiting is representing a confidential opportunity for a Probate Paralegal to join a growing legal practice supporting probate, conservatorships, trust administration, and related litigation. The environment is stable and professionally supported, but requires a high level of independence and self-management.
This role involves direct responsibility for managing probate matters from initiation through closing. The paralegal will support conservatorship proceedings, assist in probate litigation, and handle trust administration tasks with minimal oversight. The platform includes a collaborative team, administrative support, and an established client base providing steady work. Leadership is accessible but expects accountability and independence.
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $34 to $43, depending on experience. A discretionary year-end bonus is available based on performance and billable contribution, with prorated eligibility for mid-year hires. Benefits include medical coverage, fully employer-paid dental and vision, disability and life insurance, HSA and FSA options, and PTO starting at 19 days annually. Additional support includes wellness programs, educational assistance, and commuter benefits.
