Escrow Officer – Real Estate Transactions

BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a title insurance agency that completes residential and commercial transactions in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We are attorney-owned and managed and have been in operation since 1991, or, 43 years.

We have 15 locations and are seeking individuals to train and educate on how to assemble and manage a real estate transaction.

Your main focus would be communication – with buyer(s), seller(s), realtor(s) and lenders.

You would serve as the main point of contact for each of those parties and you would verify information needed for the closing and review the documents produced for the closing.

Each department in our company has different responsibilities to assist and support you in your work and allows you the opportunity to get to know the buyers, sellers and realtors and feel satisfaction when your job is complete and the closing is completed.
