    About Us: OffrPlus LLC is a results-driven real estate investment and legal solutions firm dedicated to helping clients navigate property transactions, contracts, and disputes with confidence. We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about supporting real estate transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, leases, closing documents, and other related legal paperwork. • Conduct title searches, prepare title commitments, and resolve title issues. • Assist attorneys with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. • Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties throughout the closing process. • Maintain and organize real estate files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Manage deadlines, track closing dates, and ensure timely filings of all necessary documents. • Support attorneys in real estate litigation matters when required (e.g., drafting pleadings, discovery, and court filings). Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field (Paralegal certification preferred). • Minimum [3] years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in real estate law, title, or transactional practice. • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, title, and closing procedures. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
