Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Onsite/Remote

Job Summary
Real Good Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to oversee contract management and ensure compliance across the organization. This role will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and helping establish standardized contract templates to protect the company's interests. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract law, vendor negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Review & Management
· Review, analyze, and negotiate vendor contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company policies.
· Identify risk factors, key obligations, and compliance requirements within contracts.
· Maintain a centralized contract database and track contract lifecycles, renewals, and expiration dates.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
· Ensure that all contracts remain compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout their term.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement) to ensure contract obligations are met.
· Provide guidance on contract terms and best practices to business leaders and departments.
Standardization & Contract Template Development
· Develop and implement a standardized contract template for vendors, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
· Reduce reliance on vendor-provided agreements by creating company-preferred contract terms that streamline negotiations.
· Maintain and update contract templates to reflect regulatory and business changes.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in contract management and review.
· Experience in contract law, vendor negotiations, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documents.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
· Experience with contract management software or tracking systems is a plus.
