We are seeking multiple full-time Paralegals to support our attorneys in litigation, estate planning, disaster recovery, and related legal matters. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the firm's legal processes run smoothly and efficiently as we continue to grow. Compensation • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 • Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision • Paid time off and holiday schedule Responsibilities: • Provide direct legal support to attorneys in litigation and other practice areas • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, filings, and correspondence • Coordinate case timelines, manage deadlines, and maintain case files • Conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation • Support client intake and communication with cultural sensitivity and professionalism • Work collaboratively with internal legal staff and other paralegals • Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with all legal procedures • Contribute to building a streamlined, in-house paralegal team to support firm-wide operations Qualifications: • Proven experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience supporting litigation preferred • Commitment to serving culturally diverse communities in New Mexico • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
