    Your Role We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You’ll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. At least one year’s experience to support our foreclosure and landlord-tenant attorneys is required. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, such as default notices and pleadings, with precision and accuracy. • Complete e-court filings efficiently and effectively. • Maintain and organize case files meticulously, ensuring they are updated in a timely manner. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to manage case status and deadlines. • Manage deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with court procedures. • Assist attorneys in the department with various tasks as required. Qualifications: • Paralegal position in Woodbury, NY, US, must have a minimum of one year of legal experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and e-filing systems is essential. • The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement for this role. • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Compensation: $60,000 per year
