We’re hiring a paralegal to assist our Estate Administration Team in overseeing the probate files in the office, drafting and ensuring timely filing of documents, and coordinating with the probate court and clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee probate files and ensure timely filing of documents. • Coordinate with probate courts and clients. • Draft and proofread accurate legal documents. • Interact with clients to obtain comprehensive information for estate administration/probate. • Managing client accounts from initiation to closure. • Utilize and learn various software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, Trello, Clio, Lawmatics, and Interactive Legal. • Spot typos and grammatical errors, ensuring document excellence. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience in Probate/Estate Administration matters. • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies a huge plus. • Talented communicator and writer. • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills. An ability to think proactively and prioritize work. • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with legal case management software such as Clio, Lawmatics, and Trello preferred. • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English. Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
