Location: Hybrid 3 days a week Onsite in Burlington, WA
Salary: up to 40.00/hr DOE + 100% Medical + 401k matching + Extensive PTO + Corporate Perks + More

What You’ll Do:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• File with county courts and track all deadlines
• Keep case calendars moving and organized
• Partner closely with attorneys + light team oversight

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience (personal injury a plus)
• Strong drafting, filing, and case management skills
• Highly organized with a proactive, collaborative mindset
