We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a busy personal injury law practice in Burlington, WA. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite role supporting attorneys and managing a high-volume caseload from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all aspects of case management for high-volume personal injury cases
• Draft letters, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
• File documents with county courts and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage the firm’s case calendar and track critical dates
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth case flow
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the practice
• Provide light supervisory oversight as part of your responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional paralegal experience in litigation (personal injury preferred)
• Strong drafting and filing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a large caseload and stay highly organized
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong administrative and case management skills
