Term: Full-time, Direct Hire
Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days a week onsite in Burlington, WA

What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, demand letters, discovery, and correspondence
• Handle court filings and maintain all deadlines and calendars
• Keep cases organized, moving, and meticulously documented
• Work closely with attorneys and assist with light team coordination

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Paralegal experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
• Excellent drafting, filing, and case management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
