We’re on the lookout for a versatile Paralegal to join our growing legal team! If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment — this is your chance to support attorneys across Litigation, Real Estate, Tax & Estate Planning, and Intellectual Property practice areas.

?? What You'll Do:

• Draft, review, and file legal documents in State and Federal Courts
• Assist in preparing contracts, pleadings, estate planning documents, and IP filings
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery
• Maintain detailed case files and docket deadlines
• Coordinate closings, file trademarks/patents, and assist with trust & estate plans
• Support attorneys with trial and hearing prep

? What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a law firm or legal department
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, real estate transactions, and estate documents
• Exposure to IP filings and tax planning processes a huge plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Paralegal certificate or relevant education preferred
