    At Sudden Wealth Protection Law, you’ll support complex probate administration and probate/trust litigation matters across Arizona under the leadership of Paul E. Deloughery, a probate and estate planning attorney with over 25 years of experience and a recognized track record in probate disputes. Paul has authored multiple books on probate and wealth transfer and is known for combining technical skill with deep empathy for families in conflict. About the Role You will be a key player in keeping 40-45 primarily probate, guardianship/conservatorship, and trust files moving, from opening through closing, with a mix of contested and non‑contested matters. You’ll work closely with our attorneys to organize files, manage deadlines, draft high‑quality pleadings, and communicate clearly with clients, courts, and counsel. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters. • Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates. Qualifications: • Expertise in Probate : A Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate law in Arizona is preferred. • Litigation Know-How : At least 3 years of litigation experience is preferred. • Organizational Mastery : Stay on top of case files, manage documentation, and ensure seamless legal processes. • Communication Excellence : Comfortably engage with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, providing case updates and facilitating hearings, trials, and mediations. • Proactive Attitude : You’re the type who spots what needs to be done and acts on it, without waiting for direction. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
