Paralegal

Location: Grand Junction, CO

Schedule: Full-time or part-time

Pay Range: $25-35/hour

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time paralegal to support our attorneys and clients. This role requires some client interaction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases efficiently. If you have experience in probate, estate planning, real estate, or business law, or are eager to develop expertise in these areas this role is a great fit.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred, particularly in probate matters.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Work Style: Must be proactive, responsible, and able to manage caseloads independently while collaborating with attorneys and team members as needed.
• Attributes: Self-starter, dynamic, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing, client-focused firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy. You will be the primary point of contact for many client matters, requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive legal support while contributing to the firm’s success.

Salary & Benefits:

• Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience).
• Bonuses: Quarterly discretionary bonuses
