    Job Description: As a paralegal at Triple L Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. This is an ideal position for recent graduates or those looking for an introduction to the legal field, including those with plans to attend law school. Please note, this is an in-person position where we work until the job is done in Golden, CO. This is a fast paced and intense job for someone who enjoys working hard on high-profile and high pressure cases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Phone and Message Management: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate parties and taking accurate messages as needed.
    • Discovery Management: Download, organize and review discovery material, ensuring all relevant information is accessible and prepared for attorney review.
    • Trial Preparation: Assist in trial preparation, including compiling evidence, coordinating witness schedules, preparing trial notebooks, and other tasks as needed.
    • Trial Support: Provide on-the-spot support during trials, ensuring attorneys have all the necessary documents, evidence, and other pertinent materials. This includes learning our trial systems with Trial Pad and Doc Review Pad.
    • Calendar Management: Add and manage calendar entries, ensuring the attorney and the team are informed of upcoming hearings, depositions, meetings, and other important dates.
    • Docket Monitoring: Regularly check court dockets, ensuring all important dates and deadlines are promptly communicated to the legal team.
    • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to, filing, photocopying, scanning, and drafting correspondence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proficiency in word processing and data entry
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    · Expected salary range: $51k
