About the Team: Join a respected national legal services organization supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. You'll work closely with a collaborative group of attorneys handling high-value property matters across multiple asset classes.

What You’ll Do:

• Support commercial real estate transactions from initial diligence through closing

• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters

• Coordinate transaction documents, timelines, and closing deliverables

• Review due diligence materials, title, survey, and related property records

• Manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness

• Partner directly with attorneys and external stakeholders throughout transactions
