Job Description
The Role
As a Paramedic in Aurora, you're the clinical lead of a two-person crew, responding to 911 emergencies across Aurora and Hamilton County and handling interfacility and transfer calls. You'll run the full ALS scope — assessment, pharmacology, advanced airway, cardiac monitoring, and resuscitation — under Nebraska protocols and Medical Director standing orders, with the autonomy and support to practice good medicine.

Schedule 48/96 rotation — 48 hours on, 96 hours off

What You'll Do

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
ALS field experience in a 911 and/or transport setting
ACLS and PALS certifications
PHTLS or ITLS certification
Roots in or genuine commitment to the Aurora / Hamilton County community
Current, valid Nebraska Paramedic license (KBEMS)
Current BLS certification
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the United States
