We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team! You will be looking after an incredible portfolio of clients located across the US. Your primary role will be to nurture and retain our growing client base while ensuring they are getting maximum benefit from their Parameno Health services. Whether it is managing onboarding and new client implementations or owning long-term relationships with our clients, this role is instrumental in ensuring Parameno Health remains our clients go-to partner.

Salary / Full-time – This is NOT a remote position

OBJECTIVES:
Own a portfolio of clients, acting as their objective broker, focused on maximizing the value they receive from.
Project manage multiple clients during onboarding, implementation, integration, and training.
Create remarkable experiences by maximizing value for our clients and engaging them as partners using a continuous cadence of engagement and relationship building.
Track and communicate client status, project status, plans, issues, timelines, and action plans in an organized and timely manner.
Partner with internal team and support specialists as an advocate for client needs, and subject matter expert of their unique workflows.
Partner with the business development team as contract expansion opportunities arise.
This role requires access to protected health information; maintaining the security and confidentiality of all protected health information is paramount.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with software technology implementations and client management.
Computer proficient (Office Suite, CRM Software).
Must be process driven, possess strong communication skills and careful attention to detail, have a remarkable ability to follow through in an organized and effective way, and have a solid understanding of client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
“Can Do” attitude.
Willing to travel as necessary (once we return to a new-normal).
Must have a valid driver’s license, car, and auto insurance.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
