Job Description

Immediate Need for Call Center Representative - starting 9/7! You MUST be okay with being in the office as this is NOT remote.

Great opportunity for someone with rock star customer service experience and loves talking to everyone!

Requirements:

• We need candidates with a minimum of 6 months customer service/call center experience, sales experience preferred. Candidates must be able to sell on each call. Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices
• Process device upgrades and resolve customer issues.
• Engage with customers to understand their technology and upsell protection/tech support solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy and performance standards.

Training for Two Weeks: 11am – 8 pm EST

Hours of Operation: M-F 1pm – 10pm EST

Starting wage - $12.50 (since your shift will be 1 PM to 10 PM - 4 hours will be paid at $16.5 /hour!)

• In addition to the starting wage, the employee will qualify for a $2 attendance bonus
• Monthly potential bonus – upwards of $500
• Earn up to $18/hr. following the 2-week training period!
