SKILLED CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER AGENTS NEEDED! WORK FROM HOME - NO SALES OR MARKETING!

JOB DETAILS:

• Answer approximately 40-70 incoming calls per day
• Answer general account questions
• Make payment arrangements
• Pay: $11.00/hr (pay incentives available after training)
• Training Hours: 8am – 4:30pm EST
• Hours of Operation: 7am – 8pm EST (you will get your shift after training and it will fall during the hours of operation – could be four 10-hour days OR five 8 hour days – MUST BE FLEXIBLE)

CALL CENTER SPECIALIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must meet background, drug screen and employment verification
• MUST have a router/modem and good internet connection – NO WIFI OR SATELLITE
• Must have High School Diploma/GED or similar
