Call Center Collections Agent - WORK FROM HOME!

Classes starting in April!

Pay: $14/hour

Training and Equipment: You must have your own equipment and you will complete training virtually!

• Computer Requirements: Windows 10, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz minimum processor speed
• A wired connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem
• A high-quality wired headset
• All computer hardware needs to be connected to a surge protector (power strip/cord)

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year call center experience (Required)
• Experience requesting payment info, processing or posting payments to customer’s accounts (Required)
• A high school diploma or GED
• Collections experience preferred (but not required)

HOURS OF OPERATIONS 9 AM TO 7 PM

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM

JOB DETAILS

• Handle high-volume outbound calls

• Discuss delinquent account details with customers, schedule future payment arrangements

• Request payment information, process payments to bring past due accounts current

• Notate customer accounts with all details from completed call

• Answer general customer service questions

• Offer excellent customer service
