    Paramount Consulting Group has an immediate opening for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT.

    Join the Paramount Consulting Group team and work for a great boss in an entrepreneurial, fun, tightly-knit, and fast-growing consulting & recruiting firm. You will support the president directly by helping him provide deliverables to clients and maintain an efficient and organized operation.

     

    This position will be responsible for managing the President’s schedule, coordinating travel itineraries and arrangements, timely and professional management of email inboxes, as well as being the primary contact for correspondence and follow-up with clients.

     

    We are looking for a systematic, self-starting, and warm individual with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay flexible yet determined under pressure. Strong self-management and high personal accountability skills are a must. The individual we select will be strategically accommodating with the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

     

    The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can maintain a high degree of respect yet remain unintimidated and confident to provide feedback, guidance, and support to the President of PCG. The candidate should have an advanced understanding of common Microsoft suite applications like Word, Outlook, and OneDrive. The best candidate will have a thorough ability to both draft and edit all sorts of professional correspondence.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Handle correspondence with clients in a timely, professional manner.
    • Coordinate virtual meetings with clients through various modalities.
    • Set up training meetings
    • Manage President’s inbox
    • Manage the President’s busy schedule.
    • Prioritize changes in the President’s schedule and communicate changes tactfully.
    • Double as a personal assistant for President as necessary (handle personal items/appointments)
    • Manage and coordinate the President’s travel arrangements
    • Keep President abreast of his daily schedule

     

    Strategic Responsibilities:

    • Review current processes and systems to ensure they are efficient and up to date.
    • Make recommendations to management for approval when there is a need to Create/Modify processes.
    • Manage projects to ensure follow-up and follow through
    • Maintain a working knowledge of projects, accounts, and debriefs.
    • Use the information to keep President proactive
    • Prepare materials (handouts, reports, etc.) for meetings
    • Prepare for daily calls and meetings
    • Carry out follow-up items with clients after calls
    • Assist in editing and compiling power points
    • Proof Reading documents, correspondence, etc.

     

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Print and bind reports as needed
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/shipping
    • Greet visitors to the office suite and maintain a presence as an official greeter.
    • Maintain a clean and organized stock room, kitchen, bathroom, and general office area.
    • Order office and other miscellaneous supplies as needed.

    EXPERIENCE:

    The selected individual will have a solid working knowledge of administrative responsibilities, ideally in a similar environment to a small-sized consulting firm. Strong written and verbal communication in a professional context will go a long way. Familiarity/experience with behavioral inventories or personality assessments will set this candidate apart from their peers. The individual we select will have 3+ years of experience working as an assistant, providing input, ideas, and solutions, coordinating meetings, and interacting with high-level individuals while building relationships and supporting members.

     

    EDUCATION:

    • Formal education is preferred but not required.

     

    SALARY AND BENEFITS: __

    Salary range: 40,000-60,000
