WE ARE SEEKING AN ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR BALA-CYNWYD TEAM! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING OUR CLIENTS BY PROVIDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION ON A DAILY BASIS.

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGERS ARE:

• MAIN FOCUS IS CLIENT RETENTION AND NEW CLIENT ACQUISITIONS ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS

• Maintain records on client interactions

• Meet with clients in person to discuss their areas of need

• Develop great relationships with clients daily

• Utilize an effective and efficient sales system

• Succeed in company sponsored training classes

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGERS:

• Ability to build rapport with clients easily

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Preferred experience in customer service, sales, call center, marketing, client relations and hospitality.
