JOB SUMMARY

This role’s primary focus is to constantly review and analyze data, and based on this, suggest optimizations in processes, products and technologies to support the Strategic Vision and Core Values. Drives continuous improvement to ensure technology and processes align within the business. Maintains exceptional working relationships across the organization and with all its partners.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

CAN PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PROVEN, SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:

• Mapping and analyzing business processes across business units with an eye for increasing efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
• Partnering with project managers and stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

EXPERIENCE OR EXPOSURE TO:

• Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Communicating analytic solutions to stakeholders and implementing improvements as needed to operational systems.
